Trade show directory

This is the full index of every trade show B2B Forge holds an exhibitor list for. Each entry links to a page showing which companies exhibited at that show, where they were based, and what they came to sell.

Every list on this site is an exhibitor list — the companies that took a stand at the show, with the people inside them who make commercial decisions.

Of the 3,064 events indexed here, 1159 are still upcoming. The remaining events have run at least one past edition, and those lists are often the more useful of the two — more on why below.

Use the filter to jump straight to a show by name, or scroll down to browse by industry or country if you know the market you want but not the specific event.

How to use this directory

The filter above searches all 3,064 events at once, with no page reloads. Three ways to work it:

Search by show name. Type any part of the name — "bau", "medica", "world congress". Partial matches work, so you do not need the exact official title.

Search by city, venue, or country. Every entry carries its venue and location, so typing "Frankfurt", "Las Vegas Convention Center", or "Netherlands" narrows the list to events held there. This is the fastest route if you sell into a specific region and want to see everything happening in it.

Filter to upcoming only. If you are planning outbound ahead of a show, switch to upcoming events to cut the list down to the 1159 that have not yet taken place.

Each row shows the show name, the edition year, the venue and city, the industry it sits in, and the number of exhibitor records we hold for it. Click through to see what is on the list and request a free sample.

Choosing the right show for your market

More shows is not better. One well-chosen exhibitor list will beat five loosely relevant ones, because the value of a trade show list is that everyone on it has already declared what they sell and who they sell it to.

A few things worth checking before you pick:

Match the show to your buyer, not your product. If you sell packaging machinery, the exhibitors at a packaging show are your competitors — the exhibitors at a food and beverage show are your customers. Work out which side of the hall your buyer stands on, then pick the show where they exhibit.

Check the size against your capacity. A show with a few hundred exhibitors is a list a single rep can work through properly. A show with several thousand needs segmentation and a sequenced campaign. The record count on each entry tells you what you are taking on before you commit.

Watch the geography. A show held in Germany draws exhibitors from across Europe and beyond, but the balance still skews local. If you can only sell into one region, the location of the show is a reasonable proxy for where most of its exhibitors are based.

Look at neighbouring editions. Many shows run regional spin-offs under the same brand in different countries. If the flagship is too large or too far, a sister edition may give you a cleaner, more targeted list.

Upcoming shows and past editions

Every event in this directory is labelled either upcoming or past edition. The difference is simply whether that specific edition has already taken place.

An upcoming show has a future date. Its full exhibitor roster is usually still being finalised, and in most cases the complete list is not public until close to the doors opening.

A past edition has already run. Its exhibitor list is complete and settled — every company that took a stand is on it.

Past editions are not the consolation prize. For most sales use cases they are the better buy, for one reason: exhibiting is expensive and habitual. A company that booked a stand last year has budget for the category, a product ready to show, and a team that travels. The overwhelming majority of them come back. Last year's exhibitor list is the closest thing there is to an early copy of this year's.

That gives you a real timing advantage. If you wait for the current roster to publish, you are contacting the same companies as everyone else, in the same fortnight, while they are buried in stand logistics. If you work last year's list, you can reach them months earlier — during planning and budgeting, when they are actually deciding what to spend on.

Past editions are also the only option for shows that run every two, three, or four years. For a biennial show, last edition's list is the current list.

What you get on each show page

Every show page follows the same structure, so you can compare two events without re-learning the layout.

Each page opens with the show identity — official name, edition year, dates, venue, city, and country — followed by the number of exhibitor records held for that edition ({exhibitorCount}). Below that sits a breakdown of the exhibitor base by country and by category, so you can see how the show is composed before you decide whether the list fits your territory.

The records themselves cover the exhibiting company: company name, website, location, industry category, and stand details where available. Company-level fields are the core of every list; contact-level fields vary by show and are confirmed on the sample.

You can request a free sample from any show page. The sample is a genuine extract from that show's list — not a field-name diagram — so you can check coverage and format against your own systems before you talk to us about price.

B2B Forge is an independent data business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any show organiser, and we do not act on their behalf.

Find your show, then see the data

Search the directory above, or browse by industry or country. When you find the show you want, request a free sample from its page and we will send a genuine extract of that list. Pricing is shown once you sign in, and we will quote on multi-show, whole-industry, or whole-country selections.

Frequently asked questions

What fields are included in an exhibitor list?

Company-level fields are the core of every list: company name, website, location, industry category, and stand details where available. Contact-level coverage varies from show to show, which is why we send a free sample first — the sample shows exactly which fields are populated for the show you are looking at, so there are no surprises after purchase.

Can I get a list for a show that has not happened yet?

For some upcoming shows, yes. For the rest, the current edition's roster is not final and we will tell you so on the show page. In that case the most recent past edition is what is available, and for most sales use cases it is the more useful file anyway — see the section on past editions above.

Why would I buy a past edition rather than wait for the current one?

Because exhibiting is habitual. A company that booked a stand at the last edition has budget for the category, a product to show, and a team that travels, and most of them exhibit again. Working last year's list lets you reach those companies months before the current roster publishes — during their planning and budgeting, rather than in the crowded fortnight before the doors open. For shows that run every two or more years, the last edition is the only list there is.

How much does a list cost?

Pricing depends on the show, the number of records and the licence you need, so we quote per request rather than posting a number that would be wrong for most buyers. Ask for a quote and you get the figure with the licence terms and replacement policy stated in writing.

Can I see the data before I pay?

Yes. Request a free sample from any show page and we will send a real extract from that show's list — actual rows, not a list of field names — so you can check the coverage, the format, and the fit with your CRM before you commit.

Can I buy several shows at once, or a whole industry or country?

Yes. You can buy list by list, or take everything we hold for an industry — all 128 IT and technology shows, for example — or for a country. Bundles are quoted rather than priced off a page, so tell us the selection and we will price it. De-duplication across overlapping shows is handled before delivery.

The show I want is not in the directory. Can you still help?

Ask. The directory covers 3,064 events across 55 countries and we add to it, so a show that is not indexed today may still be something we can source or already have in progress. Send us the show name and edition and we will tell you honestly whether we can supply it.
