How quickly do you reply?
Within one business day. If you need something faster, say so in the message and we will prioritise it.
Will I get put on a mailing list?
No. We reply to your question. We do not add you to a newsletter or a sales sequence off the back of an enquiry.
Can you cover a show that is not in your directory?
We cover 3,064 shows today and add more continuously. If yours is missing, tell us which one and we will say honestly whether we can source it and how long it would take.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. Tell us how many end clients the data is for — it changes the licence, and getting that right up front avoids a problem later.
