What we sell, and what we don't

We quote rather than post a price

Show sizes vary enormously — some editions have a few dozen exhibitors, some have tens of thousands. A single posted price would be wrong for almost every buyer, so we quote against the edition, the record count and the licence you actually need.

What we will not claim

We do not publish an accuracy percentage, because we have not measured one, and a number invented for a landing page is marketing rather than information. B2B data decays continuously: people change jobs, companies are acquired, domains lapse.

What we do instead is show you a real sample from the show you care about before you pay, tell you the edition and record count up front, and state a replacement policy in writing on the quote.

We are also not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any show organiser, and we do not imply otherwise anywhere on this site.

Your obligations

Buying data and using data are two different responsibilities. Under GDPR, UK GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL and their equivalents, you are responsible for the lawful basis of your outreach, for identifying yourself, for offering an opt-out and for honouring suppression requests. No vendor can take that off you, and you should be sceptical of one that says it can.

Anyone can ask to be removed from our database at any time through the suppression form, and removals propagate to future deliveries.
