Always ask for a sample of the specific show you want, and compare the company names against the organiser’s own published exhibitor directory. It takes five minutes and it is the fastest way to tell a real list from a recycled one.
Frequently asked questions
Is the sample really from my show?
Yes, and this is the point of it. Plenty of vendors send a polished sample drawn from a different, better-covered event. Ask us for rows from the edition you are actually considering — if we cannot supply them, we will say so rather than substitute.
How many rows do I get?
Enough to judge field coverage — typically 10 to 25 rows depending on the show. It is a sample for evaluation, not a free slice of the product.
Do I have to talk to a salesperson?
No. The sample arrives by email. If you want to talk, ask; otherwise we will not chase you.
What should I check in it?
The empty cells, mostly. Field coverage is where lists quietly fall apart — a file can have thousands of rows and still be missing the one field you need. Also check the company names against the show's own published exhibitor directory.
