Do not sell or share my personal information
Anyone can ask to be removed from our database, in any territory, whether or not the law where you live requires us to offer it.
Submit a request
Give us the email address or company you want removed. You do not need an account, and you do not need to explain why.
What we do with a request
We add the record to a permanent suppression list and remove it from future deliveries. The suppression entry itself is retained — that is what stops the record being re-added the next time we refresh a source.
How long it takes
We acknowledge within 10 days and complete within 45 days. If a request is complex we may extend once, and we will tell you if that happens.
Data already delivered to a customer
We can stop supplying a record going forward, and we notify customers of suppression requests affecting data they have received. We cannot reach into a third party’s CRM and delete it for them — any vendor claiming otherwise is overpromising.
Other rights
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to know what we hold, to correct it, to delete it, and to appeal a refusal. Use the same form and say which you want — we do not require you to submit through a different channel.
Authorised agents
An agent may submit on your behalf. We will ask for proof of authorisation before acting.
No retaliation
Exercising these rights costs you nothing and changes nothing about how we treat you.
